Memberships
Annual
- Runs Jan 1 – Dec 31; does NOT auto-renew
- Required to participate at all
- Does not enroll you in classes by itself
Monthly
- Two sessions/week on non-consecutive days
- RSVP access to extra weekend/holiday sessions
- Auto-enrolls you in your class sessions
⚠️
Emphasize You must manually renew the annual before January 1 — it will not renew itself.
📝
Section 2
Annual Waiver
- A new waiver is required every calendar year.
- We'll email you when it's available — don't sit on it.
⚠️
Flag No current waiver on file = services can be temporarily suspended.
📱
Section 3
Membership Portal (RhinoFit)
- Everything runs through RhinoFit: scheduling, billing, reminders.
- Your login is the email you put on your waiver.
- Automated emails: billing, scheduling reminders, password resets.
- Add a valid cell number to turn on text reminders.
- There's a RhinoFit mobile app — email us if you can't find it.
👋
Demo Pull up the portal on screen and show where the calendar and profile live.

Section 4
Payment Profile
- Keep a working card on file.
- Having one on file is what lets us bill membership and event fees.

Section 7
The Facility
Good spot for a walk-around
Parking
Tight — leave only the space you need between cars.
Indoor
36 × 120 ft, two systems; heated to mid-50s/low-60s in winter.
Outdoor
Two landing systems with raised runways.
Restroom
On-site porta-potty, cleaned weekly; tell us if it needs attention.
👉
Demo Point out the black entry mats — everyone wipes their shoes coming into the indoor facility.

Section 8
Practices
- Classes are groups of sessions you enroll in; sessions are the individual practices — we provide equipment.
- Change or cancel a reservation at least 2 hours ahead.
- Everyone does the PVE warmup daily — late arrivals finish it before joining.
- Follow coach directions and make the adjustments we give you.
⚠️
Flag No-show without notice inside the window = a $20 fee.
🏆
Section 9
Competitions
- You register for EVERY meet through the method we communicate; not every coach is at every meet.
- Home meets: free for monthly members outdoors, small fee indoors.
- Away meets: you handle transportation; may need a separate event waiver, pole request, and meet-specific Remind class.
- Apparel: official PVE gear required — solid black bottoms + official top while competing; spirit wear OK on non-compete days.
- IHSAA meets: assume PVE coaches generally won't be there.

Section 10
Poles
- Store in a case or rack, never on the ground; never step on one or set anything on top.
- Use them only for vaulting.
- We provide poles at practice; they're often shared, and personal poles aren't allowed except in rare cases.
- At away meets, only poles on the request form make the trip.
- IHSAA-season poles are your responsibility — rent through our sister company, Inverted Rentals LLC.
👉
Demo Show the pole charts on the walls and how to read them for safe transitions.

Section 11
Apparel
- New members get one complimentary team backpack.
- Official apparel orders take 4–6 weeks — order early before your first meet.
- Fan and spirit apparel is also available.
