Who: Any Pole Vault Elite member, but space is limited to 8 athletes in our party (other athletes can attend and we will coach but the travel, housing, meet registration, food, etc. is your responsibility)
Cost: $550 if register by May 10th | $600 after (limit 8 athletes total)
50% due immediately (non-refundable) and 50% due on June 13th (non-refundable once paid)

- Room Wednesday night through Sunday morning
- getting accommodations in and around Grand Haven is EXPENSIVE ($300+ per night)

What’s Not Included:
- Meals on Wednesday are not included (bring additional $ for eating out this day)

- Additional snacks not served at the condo or part of the brown bag when on the beach
- The meal on Sunday is a pot luck of what’s left from the week, we do not provide specific meals.

It’s been 3 years since the Beach Vault has been hosted, and we finally get the opportunity to return. Most of you may not have heard about this event, however in the past it’s been one of our highlights as a club. Many things have changed since COVID, so we are currently reviewing what needs to change in what we used to do and what we can do this year. For those unfamiliar, here is what we used to do. Beach Vault the event was hosted on a Friday and Saturday. Pole Vault Elite would make it a fully chaperoned event from Wednesday – Sunday. The dates this year are July 15th – 19th. We’d limit the number of athletes that could attend the full experience to between 8-12 depending on our accommodations. The price was between $450 and $550 and covered everything (entry in to the competition, room, entertainment, food while not traveling) except food while traveling. Wednesday – Morning Practice, mid day departure for Grand Haven as a group. Thursday – Morning Big Breakfast followed by scavenger hunt, cookout, Beach Vault Olympics, Team Camp setup on the beach Friday – High School Athletes compete Saturday – 14 and Under, Masters, College Athletes compete Sunday – Clean condo, free time in grand haven, depart by 12pm
