From Pole Vault Elite
Time: Please be parked by 12pm to help bring in the poles (see location below for where). We have to take them through the airlocks into the Arc. This requires a couple of people!
Fees: We charged $32.30 to enter you in the meet ($30 per person for event entry + $6.95 processing fee split across our entries)
Pole Request: If you aren’t attending the open practice please submit pole request by 5pm on February 11th.

Location: (CAMPUS MAP — park between softball diamonds and track/football field)
Spectators: I assume there will be a fee for spectators. You may want to bring a bag chair. UIndy doesn’t have great seating for PV.

Proof of Vaccination/Test
Individuals without test results or proof of full vaccination status, will not be allowed to enter the facility.
Everyone in the facility must be masked at all times unless actively warming-up or competing.
Concessions
Unknown, but it’s not allowed in the track area if they have them.
