This meet will have a descending order list accepted. Everyone registering may not get accepted. Those that do not get accepted will have a credit applied to their account for the cost of the entry fee. We will not find out if you are accepted until January 17th

No one should leave until you have check to see if you need to carry a pole bag to Collin’s truck.
Please be conscious of time it takes to orient yourself and find parking, find the proper door to enter, use the restroom, etc. We define “arrive” as you are done with those items and available to the coaches for what ever they need from you (carrying poles, setting up, warming up, getting runway marks down, etc..). You will have to have your spikes checked at the “spike check”.
Pole vaulters: Report to the check-in table 90 minutes prior to the START of your event.

- 10:00 AM G Pole Vault Final
- 2:30 PM B Pole Vault Final

Facility Information
Only white athletic tape may be used on runways. The use of chalk and cones is not permitted.
Only water is permitted in the competition venue or any location with track surfacing. No food or beverages other than water are allowed in those areas.
No headphones or personal sound systems will be allowed in the indoor track facility.
No athletes are permitted in the coaching boxes.
No athletes are allowed on the infield except those competing in an in-progress field event.
Spike Rules And Restrictions
The use of only 1⁄4” pyramid spikes will be strictly enforced. High jump spikes with a recessed spike element will be allowed to use 3/8” pyramid spikes.
No NEEDLE spikes allowed.
Athletes will not be permitted to compete if not in compliance with spike policy.
Spikes will be checked at last call in the Clerk Area and prior to getting on track.
