From Pole Vault Elite
We expect every member to complete ALL the To-Do’s.
Poles: Pole Vault Elite coaches will transport poles to this meet (part of your PVE Fees). We expect all athletes to confirm they do not need to unload or load poles on vehicles before leaving.
Apparel: All athletes should wear the official team uniform and solid black bottoms.

TRACK SURFACE
300 meters unbanked Mondo surface. SPIKE REQUIREMENTS – 1/4″ Pyramid Spikes ONLY
TRACK ACCESS
All athletes will receive an athletes armband in their team or individual packets which must be worn in order to gain access to the facility and track areas. Warm-ups will be announced prior to each event field event. No running event warm-ups on track. Warm ups may be done on the turf or outside.
T-SHIRTS / AWARDS
Commemorative shirts will be on sale at the meet or for pre-order for $25.00. Individual Awards: plaques will be awarded to individual event champions, medallions will be awarded to places 2-6. There will be no team scoring or team awards. T Shirts and awards available in Lobby.
Spectators
General Admission Tickets will be on sale online for $15.00. Effective 1/1/2023 – Vanderbilt University has a CLEAR BAG POLICY (details). Any spectator may only bring in a clear bag. This does not apply to athletes/coaches/media/meet staff/officials.
