Pre Trip Info
There will be a PVE Coaching FEE for this meet. The fee will be depend some on how many go and if we [coaches] decide to take the poles. Without the poles the fee will be no more than $400 per athlete. With poles it may be more, if this is a deciding factor please contact Collin.
You may be responsible for transporting poles and returning them. If you have questions about this contact Collin BEFORE signing up to go. We highly recommend flying on Wednesday or Early Thursday morning. We’ve stayed places other than the host hotel to save money, and it was not worth it. Stay at the Grand Sierra, the experience is worth the few dollars you would have save. High School kids will compete on Saturday and could be LATE, so flights home should be Sunday or later. You do not need to rent a car, there are shuttles that get you anywhere you NEED to go.
