Cancel Membership

When suspending for injury reasons, we will apply a credit to the first month you return for any payments made AFTER the injury with appropriate medical documentation.   Please join the WAITLIST immediately to ensure we have a spot for you on your planned return date.    If you do not join the wait list we may not be able to accommodate your return date.

*Please give us at least 30 days notice of return and mention the credit you are due.

By choosing to cancel, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

You understand that your membership will be canceled on the selected date. You understand that any remaining time left in your membership will not be prorated. If you choose to reactivate your membership after Cancelation, all associated costs are enforced as though it is a brand new membership. If your cancelation date falls after your membership’s bill renewal date, your final bill will be processed and will not be prorated.
